Reminder that there is a fan made 94 minute linear version of Westworld Season 1

Um Westwood just wrapped up season 1 with a really well thought out plot twist that 1) actually resolved several plot lines, 2) was actually pointed towards but not obvious, 3) wasn't explicitly ruled out by the shows writers, 4) didn't rely on a deus ex

The things left open at the end of season 1 weren't direct plot elements from the start of the show. They were B plot lines that have now converged and are clearly intended to be dealt with next season. Westworld is one of the most internally consistent Sci fi shows I can think of. It's premise isn't entirely based on mystery like the leftover or lost so it doesn't have to keep adding new mysteries.

The closest thing in premise to lost imo was gravity falls, where it's about people coming to an area where weird shit happens. And you know what, gravity falls did it better than lost did. Yes there is also a use of a deus ex but that wasn't in the actual solving of the main mystery like it was in lost
