the cove is brightstone cove, it's the tseldora den key. A cove is not a cave. A cave goes into rock, but a cove has a sky above it.
The description of tark's master does not match seath perfectly, only partially. There are some elements that don't match up, which i've already pointed out.
Tseldora is ancient.
Scorpions and spiders are of the same family. seath was interested in immortality. scorpions have nothing to do with immortality.
Every time I bring up an item description you say "nuh uh" then you talk about your FEELINGS on the matter, rather than bringing up some evidence. I don't care to discuss your feelings on the matter, theyre completely useless and uninteresting to me. I only care about proof.
There are contradictions in tark's description that do not match seath. it would change seath's nature for tark to be talking about him.
Tseldora is ancient as far as the present time of Dark Souls 2 is concerned. you're using your own subjectivity, when the game already calls it ancient. Shalquoir calls all the great old ones beings who have grown so incredibly ancient. They're ancient. Specifically the old ones, as in the 4 bosses. that's the context of her dialog for that line.
There is item descriptions that suggests that people in tseldora were turned into spiders, as well as tresspassers. You saying that there isn't doesn't override the item that says there is.
I'm going to say it for the last time. Item descriptions take precedence. Multiple item descriptions come together to form a story. Smelter Demons live under iron keep, and the old iron king was turned into a giant smelter demon. freja turns people into spiders and scorpions, and tseldora is an ancient mining settlement. This is all backed up by putting one item description next to another. If you're going to post again in this thread, then link specific item descriptions that say what you have to say without you having to say it. I'm not going to care about anymore of your suppositions and theories without concrete, undeniable proof.
