Eh.. they’re kind of right about the roads won’t be able to handle the added traffic. That area by the pier is nice and quiet but one of the reason it’s quiet I think is because it sucks to get in and out of.

sure, downvote this. I used to live in that area. That location specifically is kind of hard to get to and from, if there’s any special events that weekend it’s already a bad time. Added that if you live in Redondo you’re gonna need a car because South Bay is kind of detached from rest of LA. That project would add at least 3000 cars to that section of the PCH daily. Redondo beach does need a good park.

I’d be down if they cut the residence and business space in half, and also build it as a public park hybrid. Like high line park on NYC and Salesforce park in SF.
