REPEAT AFTER ME: IF I DONT GO OUT AND VOTE IM A LAZY FUCK GIVING THE PRESIDENCY TO DONALD TRUMP.

Not voting for Hillary = voting for Trump = math

Alright, let's break it down. Before I cast my vote, Trump has X votes in my state and Hillary has Y votes. If I vote for Trump, I help him win, and he now has X+1 votes. If I vote for Hillary, I help her win, and she has Y+1 votes. If I vote for neither - either because I abstained, voted third-party, am a convicted felon, am under 18, or am a lazy piece of shit - Trump and Hillary still have X and Y votes, meaning mathematically I have neither helped nor hurt either candidate and their situations do not change at all when I cast my vote.

The only way not voting Hillary is the same as helping Trump is if we assume all people are either Trump or Hillary supporters, and that all people who are either liberal or just anti-Trump would vote Hillary in the first place. In reality, there are many reasons to not like Hillary or want her as president (fewer than Trump though, I'd argue) and the idea that all people fit into one of two camps is absurd. And before you tell a third-party voter to pick the lesser of two evils (i.e. Hillary), explain why they should when, according to them, Johnson/Stein aren't evil at all.
