The issues you're talking about are coaching issues, NOT personnel management. Let's not conflate every single bad situation into bad personnel management. You can be good at personnel management and take care of your players and still have issues on the coaching and scouting end. I chalk Taimou's issues to lack of confidence from the coaching staff because he gets zero play time and is a FT benchwarmer now, Effect couldn't adapt with the meta and was given multiple shots and his mental game wasn't there and I chalk that up to a personal issue (e.g. see suicide tweets, his constant issues since season 1), nobody knows what the issue with Rascal was but he wasn't getting the support he needed from a coaching perspective, and the list goes on.
