The people involved in the run on the capitol did it all wrong - they should have planned it out better (no electronic communications, trusted agents only), had specific objectives other than breaking and smoking dope in the rotunda, a redundant communications plan once on site, contingency plans, and a “consolidation” plan. In other words, if you hunt, you know what I’m talking about; you don’t go out to hunt a moose and give no thought to how you’ll pack it out of the brush. Otherwise, even if you meet all your desired objectives but have no way to consolidate those gains to meet your desired end state, you merely wasted a ton of resources and time for nothing. A good plan exquisitely executed means nothing if you can’t figure out how to get over the bridge.
