Repost due to lack of pictures. Can anyone help me with selecting a better superannuation group please where I'm not deducted so much?

I'm definitely working well over 60 hours a month. If I don't do any overtime or Saturday (never) I work a minimum 37 hours and 15 minutes a week. A month is about 4 weeks or whatever but my income is not 18 an hour it's 14.something. I want insurance because I work a trade as an apprentice and hurting myself doesn't seem impossible from happening and if it ever meant I was fucked and couldn't do shit from then on I'd be hella dissapointed I didn't pay the 5$ a month or week whatever it is. I'm not sure if these fees are for the insurance because the insurance displayed ~$5 a week or month. I figured if it's just that I can afford it it's not a problem. But if these payments are because of the insurance I might as well get rid of it, I could save the money for the possibility of me hurting myself quicker.

I'll have to do a test where I cancel my insurance for a month and I'll see if I still get all the payments. Maybe I'll be able to find the information on the page somewhere, even better.
