Repressed and suicidal gardener hiding behind dead eyes, to a beautiful and confident future attorney ready to make a difference for other people like me!

I had a close friend in law school who went for the express purpose of teaching international environmental law & trade policy in Europe. She’s now a law professor in Europe doing precisely what she set out to do - and she enjoys it - so law school worked out great for her. But I will say that academic positions in law are very competitive (for instance, she finished No, 3 overall in the class). Typically you have to go to a good law school and finish in the top 5 or 10% of the class to get a job as a law professor, but it’s a pretty sweet gig. If you want to research and write and aren’t talking about becoming a professor, you’d have more leeway in terms of where you finish in class ranking.
