Passed out one day, ambulance ride, blood test specialist saw me in about 30 mins after the nurses did some tests.
Walked home with zero bill the same day, never had any paper work, never had to pay or phone/fight for coverage.

It's only USA that can't figure economies of scale work well in healthcare, no one wants your system... heck Canadians are afraid to travel to states and end up with a $10,000 ambulance bill or something ridiculous.
We actually do pay for the stuff through taxes... it's not as free as your characture.. it's just we don't deal with middle men insurance.
