[Request][A3][A2] Looking for an ArmA group

I don't know if you've found something suitable thestump200, but please allow me to talk you though what our group is and what it offers. Or don't and feel free to ignore me.

I'm a staff member in Dog Company, an Arma 3 group that's been going for about four years now in various forms.

Dog Company's an infantry-focused group that will generally be mechanized/motorized infantry squads.

We're looking for guys who want to play Arma, guys who may want to take leadership roles, guys who have a good attitude and want to have a good time.

We're not looking for an instant commitment, you'll decide that after spending some time playing alongside us.

We do ask that all applicants are 18+ however sometimes concessions are made to those who are 16-17 years old.

We don't require people to sit through a formal basic training, advanced trainings, qualifications, lectures or anything. We're a huge advocate of learning by doing, of learning by personal research and conversation, and critical evaluation. If you don't want to learn in your own time, then you don't have to and you will still naturally (slowly) improve over time.

This doesn't mean we don't have a pile of essays and posts on how to do things and we're willing to dig to find materials for people who want to learn more (That means field manuals from old militaries, military science books and pamphlets and the like).

We always have a group After Action Report at the end of our sessions to see where we're going wrong and what we can do to improve.

We've been through a lot, and have spawned a handful of strong units led by guys who cut their teeth with us.

Above all things, We want people to come and play and have a good time. I want to meet friends I can relax with at the end of a long day.

I want to stroll around in a vibrant slavic landscape for a while before coming under contact and dying amongst a collection of vividly colored buildings from concentrated enemy fire.

You can also find us on Youtube, I've uploaded one of the sessions we recently played and you can find that here:

If you're willing, give us a chance. If you have questions, feel free to respond here, via PM, or add Desdinova (our leader, US) and/or Giggaflop (Me, UK) on Steam. I hope to hear from you.
