Request, Gaming PC for beginner.

I have the exact case you're wanting, let me give my opinions:
First off, yes it is a beautiful case. Its fairly big, heavy, and the blue looks great with the black and the window. Every time I walk into the room I'm like "woah" as I turn it on.
It is super easy to build in, comes with 4 fans and good cable management. But you are paying a high premium. At £90 here in the UK it is already in the high end range. I had the budget to afford it in addition to that I want, but with your budget it would mean you would have to get cheaper components. I assure you that quality components in the case are much more important than the case itself. You do need a good case, but solid options can be found for much less. Even if you think it will look good, which it does, I guarantee you would be much happier with an SSD or a 290 for improved performance. Also, since it sounds like you intend to put your case next to your monitor, the H440 has its power button and USB ports location at the top of the case, making them slightly less accessible as its also quite tall.
So in conclusion, if you really want the case, I would save more money until you can afford it. I would recommend this:
