Requesters who create anxiety through unnecessary complexity vs those who don't

I'm not usually dense, don't fail attention checks, and don't screw up my survey codes. Somehow I still screwed up the shitty requester's survey.

It was a short hit that took less than a minute and paid 3 cents. Could've done it in my sleep, but goofed. I was insta-banned and asked to reject the HIT and to never take their HITs again.

People who don't read instructions before working like you do are the reason why requesters like Fabian Langer have to implement stupid attention checks to ensure they get quality data from MTurk. There is no excuse for missing instructions like these, and you only have yourself to blame for whatever feelings you derive from the HIT.
