Researchers found no differences in mathematical performance between boys and girls ranging in age from 6 months to 8 years across several tests of numerosity, counting, and elementary mathematics concepts.

Something I found interesting about engineer program was that last year 20% females and 80% males were accepted but 33% females and 67% males graduated.

Also if you look at the numbers you see how the university is able to maintain their 51/49 split between male/female because to balance out their engineer programs the second most popular program is nursing which had 86% females and 14% males accepted (purely based on highest grades on application) and 92% females and 8% males graduated last year. Another popular program is preschool teacher which had 96% females and 4% males (116 total) accepted and 98% females and 1 dude (52 total) graduated, previous year 72 graduated of which 96% were female.

Have your equality meter too far to the male side, increase available spaces for nursing programs. Have too many females, increase spots to engineering programs. They got this equality shit completely figured out.
