Hey dude, I hate to be a dick about this but this is extremely frustrating because we already shipped your order on December 2nd. We have your tracking number and it was signed and delivered on December 5th. I can post screenshots of the tracking as proof. We were late by about a week because when you sent us the e-transfer, we couldn't match the name or email to any order on our site, so we had to email you and match it manually.

Not only did you get your package but you never bothered to update your reddit post or mention that you received the package. We know for a fact that you received it because we have tracking updates from Canada post. We were in communication with you via email and reddit, the second you received your package you ghosted us, and left your negative review up for everyone see. It tarnishes our name and damages our reputation. Please don't do it.
