Residents accuse pickleball players of bullying children in Arlington

It's not that loud. People just don't like change. They want "classy" tennis because that's what they moved into.. they don't want some new sport that draws in different crowds.

And maybe I am being dismissive.. but, that's how voting works. And the vast majority of people don't care. It's just, relatively speaking, a handful of people.

And, while I certainly can't speak for everywhere.. in my neighborhood, it's the same people fighting against pickleball are the ones who complained about basketball courts. The ones who go around measuring people's yards and submitting HOA complaints about people installing Ring doorbells.

I don't even play tennis or pickleball... But the tennis courts weren't even being used, and we paid to maintain them. Now they do get used and I'm glad.

And again.. it's not that loud.
