Resignation letter in.

You're right, the problem isn't blue collar jobs, it's blue collar leadership and the confused assholes who take their side against their fellow grunts.

I was an equipment operator at the top of my game for one of the top 3 aggregate producers in the US and Mexico. I made excellent money, and could have made more if I wanted to move across the country. I left that job because I was (literally) sick and tired of the 90 hour weeks. Do you think I worked 90 hours a week because I enjoyed it? That is just the reality of the mining industry, so I left that industry. I abandoned my trade and my resume full of experience because the industry is flawed. It chews people up and spits them out, broken and often broke. Frankly, I don't give a shit how easy your life is. Fuckin' good for you. This isn't about you, it's about the people being taken advantage of with no escape. It doesn't matter what your perspective is from that high horse, a lot of damn people are stuck in shitty jobs. When's the last time you looked for work? Been a while? Then how the fuck would you know a goddamn thing about it?

I'm not gaslighting anyone, I'm speaking from my own personal firsthand been there and fucking done it experience. If you're just going to talk about what hot shit you are and how ignorant I am, we have nothing to discuss.
