the brutality and the nature of the rapes are generally more extreme and usually end up with the victim dying. Not denying that ANY kind of rape is horrible but I’ve read many instances rape in india is especially disgusting.

Look I’m not here to be point fingers and talk about nationalism but when people constantly say its unsafe to travel in India as a woman with countless videos of men in indian harassing women, there’s gotta be some merit to addressing an uncomfortable topic so that more of its citizens understand that it’s a problem.

Again, not trying to compete with the numbers of rapes for any country, even you making that kind of sentiment is frankly distasteful.
