Are there really so few people against attacking Holly in this? We don't know how much blame she deserves for the affair as opposed to Jared. But on top of that the affair is a private matter and none of our business.

Yeah, sleeping with a married man is a pretty bad thing to do but unfortunately adults who think they'll be together forever fall out of love or find someone new or give into temptation. A lot of people handle don't know how to handle that and affairs happen. Sometimes one party deserves a lot of blame, sometimes both do, sometimes neither do. It can be insanely complicated. I don't think it's any of our business and we don't know how it happened. Leave that part to the people involved to be angry about, we as humans beings should be sympathetic to the people hurt without passing judgement as if we know everything.

Jared, on the other hand, has what sound to be credible and troubling accusations regarding sexually manipulative behavior. Some of it allegedly involving minors. If this is true, this is something worth being angry about, and very well could be our business (use your judgement, not mob mentality). I think the fact that Jared blocked his wife from seeing the tweet announcing their divorce is very telling and lends credibility to the claims that he is manipulative. However, we're not a judge or jury and don't have all the facts or the expertise needed to filter the reality from the noise. People affected by this have a right to speak out. As for the rest of us, boycotting his channel and spreading the word is one thing but directly harassing and threatening him is out of line.

To be clear, I'm not defending Jared. The allegations against may be untrue or taken out of more favorable context. From what I've seen, I personally believe a bulk of the accusations are true. I've been subscribed to his channel for a long time and I've shared his videos and today, I unsubscribed from his channel, and right now I'm angry and disgusted enough that I'm finding joy in watching his subscriber count fall.

I've never been subscribed to Holly's channel, and I've never really been a fan of hers, so this rant isn't coming from a place like that. She did something wrong, but from what I see she didn't do anything to hurt her fans and she deserves just as much privacy from us as Ross and Heidi. I haven't seen anything where she's accused of manipulating or abusing fans, so the affair itself is between Holly, Jared, Heidi, and maybe Ross depending on the specifics.
