Space co is building a spaceship. A prototype is built but unproven. Critical features are still missing. Fundamental design problems remain unsolved. Two people have expressed interest in riding on the spaceship once it's built. Space co promises that once the ship is working, there will be demand for shuttle services, and it will give ships to solo pilots to fly, allowing the pilots to start their own shuttle services. One potential pilot argues, before anything is in place, we should have a floor on shuttle ticket prices. The point: we are far far away from staking. No one is seriously thinking about these sorts of parameters right now.
