In response to a meme asking if you'd date a woman over 200 lbs. "Muscle weights more then fat."

Sorry, but 8.5*3 = 25.5 minutes? I am giving an extra 4.5 minutes to the incline. I hike up mountains all the time, I don't think a little incline is going to slow me down too much to be honest. Part of why I can't run faster is that I have a hip problem. Half of my back is stronger than the other half, and I have to be very careful of my form when I run and walk. If I had a treadmill, I'd do the test for you right now. 30 minutes at any incline is nothing to me. I could run for hours.

Maybe I am underestimating how much 3% is, but there is a mountain near me that is 1 mile and very steep, and I went up that in 10 or so minutes. That was just a few weeks ago. I haven't done my measurements yet. I would be willing to bet my fastest mile time is closer to 7.5 minutes now, but again, I have to watch my form and it is harder to do that when I run faster.

I realize that there are people more fit than me in this world. I put that I am "athletic" because (a) I am built like a tank (very muscly) and (b) if they don't want to do athletic things, then we will not get along.

I spend 0 time inside in the summer season. I backpack every weekend, walk on the order of 10-15 km a day (sometimes run part of that), etc. I am very active.
