This sub is great for news, but horrific for match threads etc, I don’t get the point of the blatant abuse players get, and it’s not just our club, it’s social media fans as a whole, I’ve stopped using Twitter completely because it’s horrific pretty much all the time. Of course we’re allowed to be critical of players when they have bad games/make mistakes. But there’s a big difference between being critical and straight up abuse. We’re chelsea fans, we should be behind every player as long as they’ve got the shirt on out there. Every game is a new day and every game is a new opportunity for a player to put in a good shift. And the end of the day we love football and we love chelsea, insulting kepa or Alonso for example all the time doesn’t achieve anything and does no good for anyone
