Restaurant gave me meat pie. I’m sobbing.

that is a great excuse not to do it, sorry to say, you are not really vegan, and maybe should rethink the whole matter. what lacks is action, determination and a change in your mindset and worldview, IF you really want to be vegan. "the road to hell is paved with good intentions"

these days i read about two brothers that live in a slum in south america, brazil, and they are vegan. If they can, surely you can do it to, if you really want to!

some suggestions: 1. go to a supermarket/convenience store and buy a can of beans, rice biscuits and other vegan things "easy and ready to eat"

  1. baby food vegetables and fruits - many even come with gluten free oats

  2. cereal bar

  3. simply go hungry and eat afterwards at home
