Funfact: Those same people you're advising to look for another job actually go back to work at that one. They will be handling food whether prepping it, cooking it or serving it and washing hands isn't going to remove those particles from clothing , exposed skin or hair. Quality people are few and far between in restaurants because they don't like to pay and its not an extensive hiring process so its perfect for druggies and low lives. Even 50% of managers are druggies and this is every place in the us unless you are in some upper class joint.
