Hello, I’m currently applying for jobs and some of those job sites show the status of my application. I understand it takes a while for these companies to process the apps but I’m wondering, as it goes through a computer software to filter the resumes, if my resume format is the issue. It’s been a month for some and it says it’s still reviewing my resume but not by a person. I made my resume through a website called credible and I’ve read elsewhere the best thing to do is use those word templates so I wanted to ask if anyone knew if it could be an issue with my resume format itself or if it’s more likely just the company. As I’m on my mobile I don’t have my resume handy but I can attach it if anyone would like to see it to get a better understanding. Any help would be appreciated!!
