Retail workers, what is the strangest thing that has happened during one of your shifts?

I didn't work there, but I lived really close to a gamestop and as a kid, me and my friends would go there and just hang out to try new games. One night, I go in there and my friend and I were trying out some new game on ps2 that was on their demo machine. There was a kid in the store with his mom that was clearly mentally ill that was chewing on the game racks and groaning. We just ignored him although he was being very loud. The mother goes up to the counter to buy a game as a birthday present for her other son/daughter. I heard her asking if it would be a good game for a birthday present for a 10 year old boy so her and the gamestop clerk chatted for a bit. The mentally ill kid was lying between her legs on his stomach looking at some of the games they had near the counter which lead to him finding one that he just had to get at this exact moment. He asks his mother, but she says no as she had already picked out a game for him as well. All while this is going on, I'm still playing on the ps2 with my friend and we're just listening to this happen at the counter. The kid asks again more angrily this time and starts to whine that he can't have it which was followed by a stern "no" from the mother. He gives it one last shot, and the mother again turns him down. Then this kid goes into full on rage mode. He's about 5'7 and a good 170 pounds so he's larger than your average kid. I heard a scream/growl coming from that side of the store and I see this kid just hulk smash the movie rack sending them all into the air and all over the ground. The ps2 we were playing at was in the corner of the store near the door, so this little hulk monster runs to the back of the store, and rounds the corner where he now has a straight shot to the ps2 we were at. My friend and I heard the commotion so we turned around to see what was happening and see this kid ready to charge like a bull staring directly at us. As soon as we made eye contact, he charges with a full out scream and hands over his head. My friend and I hide behind the PS2 and a few isles before he gets to us, his mom lays him out from behind one of the other movie racks. The kid fell into the wall releasing all the games on that wall from the shelf which then covered him while he was on the ground. The mother apologizes to us and the store clerk and tells them to call the police. ( she said something that hinted this had happened before and she knew an incident report needed to be filled out) She takes the kid over to the counter and puts him into a restraining hold which wasn't too rough, but enough where he could rest his head on the counter but not move so he could calm down. Somewhere in the linebacker tackle his mother made, he had hit his head on one of the metal racks and was bleeding pretty profusely out of his forehead. After a few minutes of waiting for the police, the whole entire counter was covered in blood and the gamestop employees were just standing there speechless. The police arrived and the kid calmed down once he felt the presence of the police. They asked us what happened and then just told the kid and his mother that they could go. My friend and I walked home just in awe of what we had just seen.
