It's not really anything like Duke Nukem 3d tho, is it...

Duke 3d was really cutting-edge for it's time, the ability to look up & down, jump, etc, really set it apart. Plus the ease of multiplayer hook-up, and .RTS files.

This mega drive version is more like the creator just extracted the spites out of dukes .grp file and loaded it into the same sort of engine used to make Zero Tolerance. Pretty pathetic, really - I mean, look at it.

NOW, if someone out there was to create a true Ken Silverman build engine-style-duke for the mega drive, simplify the code to 8mb-ish, add in the ability to add a patch cable to connect two seperate machines for multiplayer together, then I would be damn impressed and then they can take my money. Until then, I'm rather disappointed in this release tbh.
