Returning player, help with Ezel Deck?

Overall that's generally the best you're going to get out of the deck unless you want to run a more superior call oriented build though that'll involve a lot of revamping since you'll probably want to be running Lop Ear Shooters, Vivianne, and Ketchgal Liberators (New Stand Trigger which is fantastic since it gives you an extra top 3 search for no loss)

One thing I would suggest is adding the LB4 remover for Gold Paladins, Liberator Bright Bicorn. Also possibly the Knife Throwing Knight Maleagant as well to help with the CB for your skills. Also definitely want to run Flame of Victory as one of your critical triggeres since he helps build soul for Grand Ezel if you happen to need it in a pinch.

The LB remover is great because it let you stay at least partially relevant since if you hit the card and can play it to field, while it's there you'll be able to use skills earlier than normal, allowing you to keep pace with Legion decks which don't need to wait till 4 damage.

Cara is a nicer card since it's an on-hit skill once you're at grade 3 (Since every grade 3 you run is ezel), she's free, and she gives you 2 cards. Of course it might give you a trigger, but considering it was absolutely no cost to do so, it's not that big a problem really. Also, this is another reason to run the Flame of Victory as superior calling him to field isn't that bad since he's a free soul charge to set up for Grand Ezel and a +3 to something without minusing by calling him from hand.

Another option to consider is running Tripp so that you can unflip damage and add a little bit of pressure.

Sadly, Clan reestrictions are now being enforced so your only options until far into the following months are: Harmonics Messiah, Heat Element Magum, and Miracle Element Atmos. Harmonics Messiah and Heat Element Magnum are essentially the same thing. Both are promos though so they're not necessarily easy to obtain so get whichever ones you can get. The other one comes out as a rare in the upcoming set in a week, G-BT01.

Basically, your win condition is probably pushing for a field rush down as quickly as possible while applying pressure with an early Grand Ezel Scissors for the extra crit using your limit break remover. If not pushing for a hand advantage oriented game and waiting till you think you can run their hand down enough and go for the big Platina Ezel play (Potentially trying for a double usage if you can manage it.)

While this is all going on, striding is your in-between for the extra grade 3's you end up getting to hand when you're not using any of your vanguard skills and need to hit hard and want to try digging for triggers.

I'm telling you now, though you already understand that this isn't exactly what I would call a very competitive deck as there aren't many ways to easily implement old Gold Paladins with legion at the moment and Legion is still a relevant thing. On top of this, Gold Paladins aren't seeing any support until G-BT03 which is a very long way from now considering there's: G-BT01, G-BT02, G-EB01 to go through before we're even remotely close to getting that set. The fighters collection 2015 which the Ezel Stride comes in also does not come out until around the same time as well so the lack of old Gold Paladin support is practically none. There's not much I can say about it really. Gold Paladins kinda turned into Archetype or bust, though this deck won't function that badly, just that it won't have that 'oomph' that a lot of the newer decks have thank to the actualy support.
