Reuben!

We make fried rice a lot! It's easy and cheap. I literally made it last night! We use this recipe: https://therecipecritic.com/easy-fried-rice/

It's best if you can make the rice a day or two in advance so it can dry out. It seems like it fries better that way. I made the rice one day in advance and left the top off of the rice pot in the fridge, which did the trick. Don't leave it unrefrigerated to dry. We did one time for a few days & my husband got food poisoning (oops).

We didn't have sesame oil yesterday, so I just added extra soy sauce. Still very tasty!

I also precooked some chicken in the oven, chopped it into tiny pieces, and reheated it in the pot with the veggies.

Just googled yum yum sauce and can confirm that they sell a well reviews kind called Terry's at Walmart and Target.

When cooking the fried rice I basically do it all in a big spaghetti pot. Once you have everything prepped it takes maybe 10 minutes to cook. I hope this helps! So yummy.
