[[Reverberate]] as a mechanic

It's interesting but I think you should have more of a standard for the cost. I'd personally make them either all generic (like wrath of exile) or entirely generic hybrid (like recursive lightning) Of course having a few like creature reborn is fine.

Balance wise these cards are all over the place. Wrath of Exile seems mostly fair, although you might want it to be uncommon.

Angelic Blessing seems a underpowered, I'd increase the cost but also make the angel token more normal size (like 3/3 or 4/4)

Dispelling Notions cost more than [[Disperse]] and gives an upside to opponents.

Path Enlightenment is ike a cantrip except it doesn't provide any other function and gives opponents an upside.

Counterhex is pretty good because it's pretty much "Counter target spell, activated or triggered ability unless an opponent pays 3"

Brain Bleed is pretty trash since they get to choose the card they discard, and if they have two trash cards in their hand they can make you discard a card.

Trimming the fat is very bad, you get the opportunity to either trade mana for health at a 1/1 ratio (which is bad) or to trade mana for mana at a 1/1 ratio (pretty useless) but also allow an opponent to do this all for free. Also since colorless mana has replaced generic mana it should be "add X amounts of C to your mana pool" rather than "add 3 to your mana pool"

Creature Reborn is awful, cost 1 more than [[Zombify]] but also allows your opponents to get a creature from their own yard.

Recursive Lightning actually seems well designed and balanced, I actually really think the generic hybrid costs like this work the best for this type of design. Of course it's a worse [[Lightning Bolt]] but what isn't?

Quick battle is odd because in some situations it's too strong and others it'll give your opponents a massive advantage. I'd increase both the reverberate cost and the main cost.

Botany could easily be an instant, and again I think that hybrid generic cost is by far the best for this type of card.

Boar Cavalry needs to be reworded to not mention the stack, also the cost could be lowered quite a bit.

Recursiveness is actually alright since it applies to your opponents cards.

Reverberated twin cast is pretty much just worse [[Reverberate]] when playing against other red/blue decks. Of course when playing against other colors it's a strictly better version since it's hybrid.
