Is reverse aging already possible? Some drugs that could treat aging might already be on the pharmacy shelves

Ultimate monkey's paw situation.

I would make "better" choices and lose all the things I have in my life that currently make me happy.

I would be drowning in women...but they'd be 18 while I'm mentally much older. Gross.

I would have to interact with people who I have known for 20 years but they've only known me for 6 months or whatever. They would think I was coming on strong or stalking them.

I would go to tell a shared story and have a laugh before saying, "Nevermind, you don't remember that...yet."

I would have to interact with people knowing exactly what tragedies were about to befall them in the coming years. There are people I would have to save. Or talk to while knowing full well they overdose in 3 years (I have known lots of overdosers).

Last one I can think of right now: I would be talking to everyone knowing whether or not they remain important in my life. My buddy Tom's girlfriend? No need to be super friendly or get to know her. She's gone in six months anyway. But that's another thing people around me are going to subtly pick up on.
