I can understand the basic instincts thing and that's fine, and besides it's kind of supposed to be a nitpick. Also, if you read my post it is not just about how apathetic she is about killing, but sex and love as well. She acts awkwardly when the receptionist basically implies they had sex at some point. She also pretty much laughed in Kovar's face when he told her he was in love with her. She kind of holds love in the highest regards. She also told the guy that was trapped in her hotel room she would help him if he told her who and where Kovar is, but then immediately afterwards snapped his neck. I could see how she could construe that as helping him if she didn't immediately say "New plan" right afterwards. I wasn't trying to argue through my own morality because I agree that she had every right to kill both men.

Also, if I wanted to be really nitpicky I could argue that if she had amnesia then she should have immediately reverted back to her alien culture completely, i.e. not knowing German and English at all. That alien warrior culture thing as a shut down argument doesn't make a lot of sense to me because she doesn't seem to show any indication of her being an alien. I'm not trying to be a dick, but you should really read the post before jumping to defend a person's comment that never even read my post in the first place.
