As a Fire Emblem fan who hated Awakening and Fates I've been called names and told no one cares about my opinion too many times to count. Fates and Awakening were nothing like the original Fire Emblem games- basically turning a tactics game into spreadsheet simulator. But expressing this (mostly) nicely is completely unacceptable to the community.

In the mean time, Pokemon fans throw a fit over something that only cosmetically changes the games. Pokemon will still play exactly the same- you just can't use a subset of the available pokemon- and people feel entitled absolutely losing their mind and writing boring, dumb sounding "review of claims" and "guides to boycotting" game freak. This drives me absolutely up the wall, and makes it clear that the Pokemon community is terrible. People need to get a grip and move on with their lives.
