Starting off, i have no qualms with saying that anything i say might be a mistake. Most likely is a mistake but i don't mind sharing my thoughts here.

I think when white plays c3 black should just extended with c7. Sealing white in. maybe with black wanting to follow up with c9 at some point later. this would extend your influence to both sides, even if white takes the last corner later. Additionally if white ever takes the cut at d6 black seems happy to just block and give white the singular forcing move. (At said point i would have expected black to approach the bottom right by then so you wouldn't mind just getting free forcing moves by pushing white around like that later.)

Your attachment... I didn't like it. At least not on that side. maybe... r6 instead which seems more forcing for white to play with weaknesses and give you what you're actively looking for.

whites j11 seems likes it answers the question for you. Its direction of play seems like it wants to make the area in tengen as territory and extends its influences to both the p11 stone and e16. You should play something like l12. Threaten to spoil this immeaditely while gaining territory your self and then come back and try to use any forcing moves plus the peep at h12 to reduce the influence that white should be gaining in the middle.

As i said above i think that working to reduce whites influence in the middle would help you gain the traction you needed to impact the influence between j11 and f17. While i don't agree with your move... I'm a much weaker player. Personally, i think your choice violates your own direction of play while giving white the strength he needs to solidify the influence and connection to the center stones.

I'm kind of curious how a white n19 stone would fee after bm18 seems like it would give white some extra forcing moves in a direction of play it already wants to go. Not at my reading level though. x.x

Endgame is my weakest place so I enjoyed seeing your insight, especially here.

anywho... Those are my thoughts. feel free to criticize them however you please.
