Reviews and First Impressions Megathread

So I have to do something unfortunate and that's leave a terrible first impression, because that's my honest experience. I've been an evangelist for this product for some time but now I'm angry at how support has treated me.

First off;

the audio is beyond terrible. I have an Oculus Go, I was prepared for bad audio - this is way worse than even the Go. It's borderline unusable in some games. This isn't me exagerating, it's being honest - I think some may be broken because some people think the audio is fine, for others it's bad.

For me, it's really bad. Watching a youtube video of a song in the Go sounds better than playing it on the Quest.

Then there's the controller. My right controller B button is busted - it only works 50% of the time unless you jab it down with all your strength.

I contacted support and they started giving me a run around making me record videos of my thumb pressing both buttons on the controllers (literally shows nothing, complete waste of time), making me get all of these different numbers, only to tell me they will not be replacing my broken-day-one fucking product.

I'm mad, not happy at all. I know this post will upset some of you because you're attached to the product, believe me I wish I was there with you. But Now I have to figure out if I'm sending this shit back or what I'm doing.

Not happy.
