I don't really see the point you are trying to make here. I give content warnings about serious subject matters in an anime so people just don't blindly jump into a show full of potential triggers and you turn it around into some blasé statement about the quality of medium, and then reveal that you forgot most about the anime you watched like 15 and more years ago but demand that your opinion on the matter be taken seriously?

I do respect your decision to not watch stuff you don't think you'll enjoy and I won't try to convince you that there are plenty of good shows, but at the same time giving such authoritative statements about the medium, while specifically excluding absolute masterpieces to strengthen that arguement...

I'm sorry for the harshness, you clearly aren't as ignorant as I first thought but what you said was so ridiculously dismissive that ignorance was the first thing I thought of. And even though you have experience, the average anime is not full of rape, incest, bullying and child abuse. There is a prevalence of fanservice of underaged characters. That's the only point I am willing to concede on that matter.
