[RHOC] S11E13 - Bye, Bye, Beadors - Post Episode Discussion

I've never liked Kelly or Tamra, but something Kelly said hit home for me tonight. She expressed that she didn't want her daughter to think poorly of her because her husband told her to.

I am almost 30 years old, and my parents have been getting divorced since I was 18. It has been something that is messed with me, made me think poorly of relationships, and have had no feelings towards most people. I have thought poorly of these women because of their irrationality and being one sided. I AM that child they never wanted to pick a side.

After YEARS (8+) of not speaking with my father... It's all making full circle.. Whichever parent you feel that you're closest to, they CAN fool you. It's my Mom! Why would she do me wrong? She couldn't?! Vice-versa. I would like to say, until you are fully grown and aware, you will never know. But who in the hell is fully grown and/or aware? Just because you don't get along as a couple doesn't make a right or wrong side. Now that I'm 29 and still don't feel ready to start a life of my own.. Just know that you were both wrong.. Always wrong with the thoughts of being right.. Being right for yourself, your family.. But mostly for yourself..

We are only children for so long.. You can stop blaming yourself.. But eventually, we become adults.. But the lessons you don't mean to teach, resignate always .. We might not listen, but we will never forget.
