Good Dads are a rare breed. Love this man. Grateful he was there. I have never been so welcome or better served than in a Gay bar in any city. Then I saw the interview with his methed up Mormon dad on the news and learned his grandfather is a Frump supporter and elected official in "East" County, San diego. (Yes, there are hillbillies east of San diego- like mid-state Florida types). Of course, the murderer took out a beloved bartender too- a face and heart of the community. Devastating.
