Rick Moranis randomly punched in the head by a man in NYC

If you want to be as good a writer as this person, then each day stop, sit down and create a new experience. That's the most important thing to do as a writer. Once you turn that switch on, look at how the brain works and take note of how others process things. You'll never match the writing power of this person, but you can certainly come close. When you feel blocked, remember this example of some crazy ramblings that you'll never be able to write down. Look back on it and have it motivate you to write something. If you feel like you're doing it wrong, maybe make up a loose outline, or pick over your story. If there's a story telling you to go jump in front of a bus, maybe don't. Something peaceful about it. You can get rid of us all around you, and you can retire early comfortably. Remember, there is a writer out there, writing in his head every day , and he writes in a stream of consciousness way that makes yours look like 'clean up at the crack store'. What did he write, anyway. 'Oh yeah. Remember the time we went to the diner and it closed and we got kicked out for being there after class?' He didn't have a name, and I didn't recognize him, but it gave me the motivation to write stream of consciousness. This is harder than I imagined. Keep at it. It's hard to stay motivated, but you'll be able to do it with enough practice. Try to find a stream of consciousness piece which you really like and stream your consciousness all over its face. That will get you going again and remind you what a headtrip this is. I'm glad you have found the stream you deserve. Good night.
