He's referring to the multi-billion dollar businesses who were present in the room like Apple, Amazon, and Disney. He prefaced that line with the fact that a company like Apple uses sweatshops and hence, is in no position to lecture the public.

The fact that people think Ricky would say that about celebrities, obviously didn't understand correctly.

Twisting the "joke" into being an attack on celebrities is just taking away from the core issue that he was trying to lecture on about which were the major media companies and their for-profit humanitarian crises all over the globe.
