I ride a ZX10R and one night was riding home and passed a cop. I was doing around 55mph, not doing anything crazy but I looked down in my mirrors to see if the cop was going to pull out and follow me, and when I looked up, traffic was stopped at a red light in front of me not 20 feet from my bike. I dont know how I pulled it off but I did not brake, I just swerved and threaded the needle between the stopped cars and the sidewalk on the right side of the road, maybe 18-24" of space and I didnt hit a single thing. My buddy who was following me on his FZ07 was in complete shock that I miraculously missed the car and brought the bike to a stop. I dont know if it would have been fatal, but my bike and I would have been seriously hurt. Needless to say, I said my prayers that night
