I deal with Apple’s bullshit literally every single day. They are deliberately designing computers to be unrepairable while simultaneously designing them to be more prone to total failure in ways that necessitate a logic board replacement. Soldered SSDs and RAM are nothing compared to what they’re doing now with T2 under the guise of security. Apple is a monster who needs to be beaten-back severely by legislation and monetary punishment. I have direct evidence of poor manufacturing resulting in premature failure of $500+ logic boards that Apple forces their customers to cover the replacement cost of.

I say all of this while depending on Apple’s existence for my job.
