Is the right side of my face dropping related to TMJ?

I have this exact same problem, only it’s more pronounced to the point where I can’t make certain facial expressions on the left side of my face.

Turns out, I have some facial nerve problems. While your situation does look like it’s TMJ-related, you should keep an eye on your symptoms. If at any point you feel your muscles are weak, you struggle to blink, or get tingling and numbness in addition to the drooping, SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.

Facial drooping isn’t something you want to mess around with. Though I don’t want to seem doomsday, either. This very well could just be tense muscles from TMJ. My only intention with this comment is to provide awareness for facial nerve conditions that can come up with serious TMJ.
