Rights for tenancy in Quest Apartment

there is a huge volume of mail/packages that it is delivered to guests, mail/packages for the hotel itself and all the crap people leave behind. It's actually a lot to keep track of. People call up three months later and want their cheap ass cell phone chargers and underwear all the time. so the staff has all of that to keep track of why would they do that for you as we'll if there is no benefit to the business and your landlord calls up and throws a tantrum if the staff can't find a package that arrived weeks ago but no one has bothered to come down and claim? He loves to claim that the people in that room are not hotel guests, and he's right. Your not. Your renting the room from him, not the hotel. And yes I do know who you are and where you live. Be nice to the people at the front desk. They will be good to you, but have good reason to be wary of your flat mates and landlord. It's not your fault, but starting drama over this probably isn't the best idea because your not a guest of the hotel ; you live in an independently owned apartment.
