I understand that, but it would eliminate the "cons" stuff introduced with the new champ select... the fact that sometimes you will play offrole, Riot putting emphasis on the players trying a new perspective on the game... I don't know about you, but only playing my role makes the game a bit stale after some time... even when I play a multitude of champs on that, from tanks to ADs on support... I can also see this "cons" as a way for you to learn about other roles and the way those roles impact the map, so you become better at understanding timing and of to counter that strategy on your main role... people getting their main all the time or most of the time will just eliminate this facet of the champ select.
