Know a rip off when you see one.

While I appreciate you clearing up the situation, my responses were made in order to not tarnish your name any further. Also, you messaged me in confidence, I expect the same, do not rip parts of a private conversation and post them elsewhere. As for the employee that helped me, I can appreciate a good employee when I see one. I am glad that I was wrong, I am glad that this did not happen, but let me be very clear. Yes, I raved about your shop after you had messaged as I felt the need to clarify the good in your company, but also, what I said before remains the same. No shop is perfect, yours is no exception. I made a mistake, I own up to this, but do not go on a tangent and blatantly try and prove my wrongs in an extremely passive aggressive way. That's not good business. You have my apologies, but I regret nothing that has been said about the opinions other than the price discrepancy. Again, I apologize for this thread tarnishing your name, although, I think your customers will still remain loyal. All the best- Z
