He has to work on his shooting stroke but I already love him as a player. He’s great at getting to the rim, has a fantastic feel for the game, is much better defensively than I expected, and is one of the few guys on the team who looks to make the extra pass.

Our team is full of paint cloggers and chuckers which hasn’t been great for RJ, but even still he’s shown some really great flashes that have me thrilled for his development.

His free throw shooting needs to be his number one concern imo. He’s got an incredible ability to put defenders in awkward positions and getting to the line but it’s wasted currently with his poor free throw shooting.
