You can't really expect to progress very quickly by using Lorraine and Maria, especially without Jane as your main team. It's just not a good team. Loraine and Maria are both sub dps heroes, you don't have the dps to progress in hell mode. I'd really suggest starting to work on Epis over Lorraine at the moment.

You're also just at the point where leveling starts taking time. It'll get a lot easier once you can farm ch6 1-1 hell and do hell mode conquests. But it won't be possible until you get more damage. That's the important part. And you really need to stop working on other heroes before your core 4 man team is done. The faster you get your main team leveled, the faster you'll be able to get more fragments and exp overall.
