Robber gets shot (he dies) NSFW/NSFL

You're absolutely right. I will make one statement at the end said my Arnold, and do my best to concisely sum up my defence in the next sentences and I will see how I do, Like I said in a previous post, I am was a little drunk when typing that, but I will stick by my comment and make the best argument for argument's sake. Maybe it will help my case """lol?""""

I am actually looking forward to the time I am able to defend myself in a situation like this.

My outlook towards this moment does not mean that I wish this day will come. I wish this day will never come to anyone. In the case that it may, I look forward and want to be prepared to encounter this situation. If we can reference the gif, this man is waving a gun around with no regard for other humans safety. I would like to be the 3rd party that puts a stop to that because I do not have enough trust in the majority of other 3rd parties handling weapons.

maybe to make sure the guy never made the same decision against a weaker human.

This is perceived as my most volatile of comments gracing the 2016 era.

There have been many cases in this era, 2000-2016 as gun control has graced itself upon the national stage in much grandeur. What you will not be fed, are the cases against homeowners. Being sued for shooting an intruder / burglar / rapist / assailant... but the criminal.

The worst case scenario for an innocent property owner being sued by the person who he shot is losing, and having to pay money to the person that originally tried to break into his house under undetermined pretences. Can we all agree that breaking into someones house is reason to be aggressive?

What is happening all to frequently, is that these intruders are being shot by the homeowner and surviving. They then live on into the courts proceedings, enough to tell their side of the story.

Of course the intruder is going to say something like: "Well I was just there to get some food because I was starving of hunger"

That does not negate the fact that you broke into someones home!

Advice to all people who have guns for home defence, train enough so that if this situation occurs in your own domain, kill the intruder. Any right minded individual should believe that if his home is broken into by force, the homeowner has plenty right to fight against the individual who has just broken into the home, in order to secure the remaining individuals rightfully residing in the home.

I am in awe of the comments that I have received.

It all boils down to:

If you are obeying the law, you are safe.

If you are breaking the law, you are not safe.
