Rock-crystal and Silver Spoon. 1st half of 1st century. Roman. [4000x2343]

I like to imagine this pairing well with this, though I know each were made centuries apart. Apparently this bucket was for cooling wine, so perhaps it held the luxury product of ice, and the spoon was for scooping it into a glass or something like it. Just my guess, not much to back it up except that it looks like it was made for a wealthy patron, held a chilled wine or beverage, and made of the clear glass and xool looking silver, which could indicate ice from mountains or other such processes were used in this case as well. No idea about the spoon, but I thought and imagined the end could be lilke an ice pick and rock crystal to hold the ice.
