There may be subs for surrounding areas as well, I'm not American so don't know the geography but just contact the mods for suggestions or search if subreddits exist by searching r/placename. There are so many random subreddits out there, I'm sure at least one of them will be able to give some assistance. I would literally try anything and everything, just get her visibility out there. After all, I'm a firm believer in miracles and you've got nothing to lose right? ; ) Also I don't know if it's at all possible but try posting a better pic of her if there is one.
